well i feel like shit i thought that it wouldnt be near this bad ready to get some real dope need to talk to someone

Can you be more specific? Are you under a doctor's care for the Suboxone or are you buying it off the street? How about the Xanax?

You're going to feel like shit no matter what, but if you've been taking xanax daily for a while, don't come off it right away. Go off it slowly, by reducing your dose every week or so. You're going to need to tell us more details of how much you're using and how long you've been using if you want more help.

Good luck.

yes im under dr care been on 8mg sub 2x a day and xanax 2mg 3x a day but i have cut myself back to 8mg 1x a day but got to taking xanax up to 10x a day finially got about an hr sleep since fri cant go on like this been on both for over 2 yrs dont go back to dr till 13th already had him call me something else in i think it was clonipin 2 mg ate 30 in 3 days taking tegeteral for seizures had 1 last week had 1 today

Hooly fuck dude the bupe is not what you should worry about...the xanax is. You can die from withdrawing from such a massive dosage 6mg daily for 2 years. The withdrawals WILL be hell, unbearable, and possibly fatal if you do not taper. I would never EVER EVER EVER think about doing that..cold turkey xanax with a habit like th at. I was on that dose only for a few months and almost landed in the ER bc of wtihdrawals ct.

Cutting off from both at once is a recipe for disaster.. definitely refill xanax and bupe and taper properly. Or go to a professional detox where they can ehlp you.. you dont wanna have a grand mal seizure while driving ro soemthing (hell I doubt youd be able to drag your self outside anyway).

I take it you were not using the Xanax as prescribed.

How was it that you ran out of Suboxone if you decreased the dose on your own from what you were prescribed?

oh no! Coming down off such high doses of benzos can lead to seizures, and coming off Suboxone doesn't help, either. (I am also prescribed to both.) You need to either take as prescribed (hell, give them to someone you trust to give them to you as needed so you won't take so many, that's what I do) or be under a Dr.s care right now. I feel sorry for you... been there way too many times

Oh dear Ppopper-I really wish the best for you, and hope you are soon on your way to feeling better.

If I am correct, it sounds like you are out of everything; did receive a script of clonopin to hold you over for a bit; but you polished them off in three days....So again you are in danger of severe seizures and other complications.

The only safe advice worth giving to you now, is to seek medical attention, to keep you from further harmful complications(as it sounds to me like you won't be able to get meds prescribed again for awhile).

I hope you get through this soon; getting outside help may be safer for you now- and put your mind more at ease.
