I may not recover but i would refrain from making comments like "there is no recovery". In fact many people are recovering and the stories are out there. I would not dishearten people by saying "there is no recovery" because they may already be suicidal or going through agony.
My fate is not looking good, this may be the end for me, but that is just my fate...it is not going to be the same for most people who will likely recover.
Even in your case, maybe if you started engaging your brain and body in a job or something else, you will start to see signs of recovery. If you gave up cigarettes and drink more water or walking a bit more ( i understand there is no motivation) but if you took steps in this direction, your body might start showing signs of recovery. Give your mind a break friend, you defintely need a break from thinking about the misery this drug has put you in and force your brain to think about something else..anything that you find engaging at this time. I am a hypocrite telling you this because my mind is also occupied by the agony caused by this drug and how wonderful my past life was...i dont blame you to be occupied by this but force your brain to think about something else..maybe that way you can relax and also get some sleep which may help in recovery.
