Our previous work has shown that chronic treatment with atypical antipsychotic medications such as clozapine and risperidone, but not the typical antipsychotic haloperidol, targets a non-canonical pathway that leads to upregulation of HDAC2 in both mice and human frontal cortex tissue. post-mortem samples ( Kurita et al., 2012 ; Kurita et al., 2013b ; Ibi et al., 2017 ). As HDAC2 has previously been shown to negatively regulate the transcription of genes involved in synaptic plasticity and memory ( Guan et al., 2009 ; Kurita et al., 2012 ; Ibi et al., 2017 ), we previously proposed that the aforementioned a Upregulation of frontal cortex HDAC2 may be responsible for at least part of the negative effects of chronic atypical antipsychotic treatment on synaptic plasticity and cognitive processes. We also suggest that inhibition of this pathway may represent a new approach to improving the treatment of schizophrenia ( Kurita et al., 2013a ; Ibi et al., 2017 ).

It's just a waiting game, everyone! I'm so close to 8 months off I could screw it up, you know? There is no such thing as “irreversible antagonism”. All that remains is to wait for the protiens to recycle and it will be even more sensitive than before! Fuck yes! OMG Victory is so close. I say another month and I will start to lose the bloating in my stomach. Start finding that natural euphoria and fatigue! Yes! I'll be able to go into trances as deep as fuck again! And experience mystical and natural DMT experiences again! Fuck yes!

Guys, if you read what I posted, you will see that it is about this hdac 2 gene, which is expressed in the brain through the use of antipsychotics, I don't want to discourage anyone, but the symptoms we have are as if it were dementia, I have already tried to find medications that reduce this gene but are in the development phase. I think we're all fucked, I haven't recovered in a long time, all because of quetiapine, it's not possible that a medication that destroys mature dendritic spines and axons can be prescribed for simple anxiety

you don't need to take anything for recovery
