One of the ways a person will know they have recovered, is their hyperness will be intact. Or, another way of putting it, their hyperness with be back. Hyperactivity may be another word for hyperness, but hyperness gives sureness to the word. If you were a person of humor, you won't feel a sedated block. If you were a person interested in philosophy, politics, religion, or spirituality, there won't be a sedated block. Your mind should be absolutely free. Your brain should have an inner flexibility. Once again you should be able to fully express yourself without limitation or sedation. You should feel as though you were never on antipsychotic medication. That's the one thing I never hear anyone who talks about recovery explain. And it's DEFINITELY something that should be noticed. But almost everybody it seems avoids that topic when discussing their recovery. And if anyone is oblivious to what I'm saying then that means either they haven't recovered or they're not in tune or in touch with or mindful of themselves. Invega will cause a feeling in the brain that will decrease. And if someone has fully recovered, then they won't feel it anymore. ❤️

And there's no chemical imbalance fix (from Invega). If you were having intense thoughts or emotions and you find yourself no longer having them it's because either you're experiencing Invega or were damaged by it. And the way you will know Invega hasn't destroyed your gift of intensity (when the time comes) is you'll once again have that intensity back. I think it's important that I shared this post and my previous one, because it's one of the standards for true recovery. I am in no way saying that I deny anyone's recovery, but I know they will recognize such things if such things were an issue because of the Invega. And pretty much everyone has claimed in some way or another the sedation factor by being injected with Invega. :) ❤️

The following is a comforting post from "paranoid android". Please do pay attention to every detail. Whatever you see, I hope it nonetheless blesses and encourages you to have faith in recovery:

paranoid android: "I have never been on paliperidone (trade name Invega) but i have been on risperidone of which paliperidone is the active metabolite of. So anyone who has ever been on risperdal consta would have the same set of side effects as someone on Invega sustenna. I was on the risperidone pills at doses of up to 4mg's a day for about a year or so on and off and it was a very unpleasant drug to say the least though it was better then suffering from bipolar disorder that drove me out of my mind literally. Though i did find it to be nearly as good or reliable in treating manic or mixed state symptoms as zyprexa or seroquel. So i went off it and have been on seroquel ever since. I got the zombie effects on risperdal once i got over the 2mg mark which is when most people get hit with the side effects of risperdal. It seriously messed up my sex life cause i felt like i had a rubber cock as i couldn't really feel anything which is something no other anti-psychotic i have ever been on did to me.

It is very important to taper off anti-psychotics very slowly as your symptoms will more often come back with a vengeance and even people without any pre existing condition can get withdrawal symptoms coming off anti-psychotics. Risperidone seems to be the worst offender for this among the atypical anti-psychotics thus since all invega is is the active metabolite of risperidone it would cause the same symptoms. I had bad rebound mania and psychotic like symptoms after coming off risperdal cold turkey. I would say that it was a good month of tapering off the stuff until i felt back to normal more or less.

According to rxlist the median half life of a single injection of invega sustenna in the 39-234mg mark is 25-49 days. Although it may take a good bit longer for your receptors to go back to normal once the drug is out of your system. I would say mention the way you feel to your doctor ASAP. It could be more then the invega you where on causing this as major depression can cause anhedonia worse then any drug can.

Anyway good luck man and hang in there :)" Nov 30, 2013, (thread 1, page 1)

Damn forgot i made that post. I would say the invega injections where worse then the risperdal pills but then again i only went to 4mg's of risperdal. In the past i have also taken typical antipsychotics like thorazine and stemetil for nausea mostly and once during opiate wd and i have to say they sucked far less then invega injections. Honestly i would have taken haldol over the fucking invega or the abilify for that matter.

However i did recover it just took awile

Thanks so much for replying. I was searching to find your posts. I will continue searching, and look to find one talking about Invega recovery. ❤️:)

If the half life of Clopixol is shorter then Invega or Xeplion, then I suppose to see improvements sooner then last time, right?
In theory or common sense, yes. I hope you see recovery soon. I'm rooting for ya. Keep your head up, and don't give up. Peace and Love. ❤️:) And when I say common sense, I'm not meaning to sound sarcastic, because I'm not, but meaning I hope you recover because it would make sense according to your question.

chat GPT just told me this ... IM HOPEFUL

To determine how long Invega (paliperidone palmitate) will take to get out of your system, we need to calculate how many half-lives will pass until the drug is effectively eliminated from your body. The half-life of Invega is approximately 49 days.
Here is the step-by-step process to estimate the time for Invega to be eliminated from your system:
  1. Determine the half-life duration in months:
    • Since one month is approximately 30.44 days, the half-life of 49 days is about 4930.44≈1.6130.4449≈1.61 months.
  2. Calculate the number of half-lives for elimination:
    • Generally, a drug is considered to be effectively eliminated after about 5 to 6 half-lives. This means:
Total time for elimination=5 to 6×half-lifeTotal time for elimination=5 to 6×half-life
  3. Convert this into months:
    • For 5 half-lives: 5×1.61≈8.055×1.61≈8.05 months.
    • For 6 half-lives: 6×1.61≈9.666×1.61≈9.66 months.
So, it will take approximately 8 to 10 months from your last injection for Invega to be mostly eliminated from your system.
Given that your last injection was on February 29, 2024, you can expect the drug to be effectively eliminated by around:
  • Early November 2024 to late January 2025.
Keep in mind that individual factors such as metabolism, age, kidney function, and overall health can influence the exact duration. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized medical advice.

According to your comment (Youwillrecover), "3 olanzapine injections then had a fight with my mother and which got me hospitalised and got another 2 ablify injections. Hope i recover 100%," you should definitely see recovery. That's not to downplay your suffering or experience. But there are definitely recovery stories for Abilify :) ❤️

Yeah i saw many of them. Im researching this shit like a maniac.

This is me on month 7 after Xeplion last year:

"Sexual function has significantly improved.
Semen volume increased, sensitivity is better, especially when I'm retaining my semen for 2 - 3 days, I already feel the difference and I'm horny as fuck. I'm producing way more sperm now!
It's actually pleasurable to masturbate again, not the same as it was before yet.
Recovery is definitely happening.
Now semen retention is similar in its difficulty has before.
I'll keep you guys updated."

There's hope ;)

"Paranoid Android's" testimony on recovering from sexual dysfunction is really good news. Because it reassures people that recovery in that area, for instance, is possible. :) ❤️
