I’m tired of just coping with this. There’s no way to cope. I have to end this suffering. I have to!!! Fuck all of this. I never asked for this. I don’t care anymore
They literally cause brain damage, severe brain damage, and they call it “medicine”.

We failed as a race by doing what we are doing.

I hate psychiatrists and I hate my family for trusting and believing them. My life is destroyed by all of them.

I don’t want to kill myself. They murdered me. All of you. I’m just finishing the job.

Yeah i’am also against capitalism, why some people have over money to do whatever They want and some don’t even have money to buy food?

Why some 16yo teenager can get a brand new bike and vacation while another can only afford a miserabile football ball and go play football alone the whole summer?

The threads are getting quiet again; we’re back down to l 4-6 people who are active again

People only see us complaining about sympthoms and suffer, this is not a place for answer or recovery stories, maybe people don’t find help by reading our catastrophic ongoing so they don’t browse it anymore idk

I had to left my house, they are doing a party at the restaurant below my home and the dude over me is in some sort of cocaine withdriwal so he is doing a lot of noise and there is a lot of stress for me so i had to go out for a walk, my ears are exploding by tinnitus and today i got my cat to the vet because it was sick. Not the best day of my life, but here i’am, like a soldier who is fighting a whole armada by himself.

My psychiatrist from my AOT program just talked to me about a drug called carbamazepine that supposedly induces enzymes that break down invega in the blood and reduce blood levels.

Has anyone heard of this drug? I’m thinking of starting it tomorrow

Here’s a study about it

It’s been 9+ months for you, you should get a invega test done to see how much is left in your system for awareness. At this stage it’s uncertain how much is actually left in your body, and by doing so you can see how effective it’ll be to begin taking this drug

Here’s what ChatGPT said

“I’m not a medical professional, but here’s what’s known:

  • Carbamazepine is a strong liver-enzyme inducer. It can lower blood levels of certain drugs that are taken daily by speeding up their metabolism in the liver.
  • Invega (paliperidone) LAI is different.
    • The injection forms (Sustenna/Trinza) are a slow-release suspension in muscle.
    • The limiting step is how quickly the crystals dissolve and enter the bloodstream—not how fast the liver can break them down.
    • Paliperidone itself is mostly excreted unchanged through the kidneys, not heavily metabolized by the liver.

Because of that, carbamazepine or other enzyme inducers don’t meaningfully speed up the release or clearance of an Invega injection. Starting carbamazepine solely to “flush it out” is unlikely to shorten the duration of its effects and can add serious risks (blood disorders, liver issues, dangerous drug interactions).

If you’re struggling with side effects, the safest path is to work with a prescriber who can help manage symptoms (for example, with supportive treatments or gradual adjustments) rather than trying to force the medication out. Would you like some ideas for ways to talk with your doctor about lingering side effects or about supportive treatments while you wait for the injection to wear off?”

Yes I asked him for a blood levels panel but he said he doesn’t have the ability to order one but he would try

Last time you used ChatGPT you said it just feeds you information that it believes you’ll appreciate. Need to do the work yourself
ChatGPT can offer technical answer and for that is really good but if you fall into it too deep it start to give you answer you want.

Emotional use of ChatGPT is very wrong, technical use of ChatGPT is a good tool but be careful with your chats because they collect data about you

Seems like the drug won’t really do much

You’re believing ChatGPT over medical studies and what your literal doctor said. This is exactly why I advised you to ignore using ChatGPT as a medical resource.

Read the medical study I linked, reading just the abstract and conclusion is enough to gain understanding.

Start taking SJW if you want Invega to get out your system quicker

As I tought, The fact is that the depot location slowly release the drug, is not already in your system, i mean yes it is, but when you system get rid of the drug that depot location keep pushing the drug in your body

Carbamazepine significantly reduced the plasma concentration of paliperidone. The plasma concentration of paliperidone at baseline and with coadministration of 200, 400, and 600 mg/d were 45.8 ± 11.7, 26.9 ± 13.7, 17.1 ± 8.2, and 15.9 ± 7.6 ng/mL, respectively. The concentration of paliperidone with carbamazepine coadministration at doses of 200, 400, and 600 mg/d were 55.7% ± 20.7%, 36.1% ± 12.2%, and 33.6% ± 10.4%, respectively, of baseline. This effect occurred even at the carbamazepine dose of 200 mg/d and reached a plateau at doses higher than 400 mg/d. However, carbamazepine coadministration exacerbated the psychotic symptoms in some patients.
