This is literally brain damage, they damaged our brain because they tought this is a worth price in order to reduce psychotic sympthoms (that i never had in my case)

This is fucking brain damage, 14 months like that, this is literally brain damage no way they did this to us, i was healthy and normal before these injections they just damaged my brain for not valid reason at all

Stay safe. You may be overstating how deeply they’ll look into it. Even if you “raise suspicion” about you taking your medication, they won’t have much grounds of evidence to use it against you aside from your past history.

Taking more and more shots to a completely unknown date in the future is going to be mentally tough on you. You’re already attempting to begin your recovery process.

Will you have a public attorney or private? Ask your psychiatrist just about taking pills, and see what’s been medicinally documented. If they medically documented you have a bad history with taking pills, maybe that’s a cause of concern; But unless your family/someone close testified you weren’t taking your pills and they medically kept record of it. I don’t see how they can use that in court against you. Additionally, if you keep “taking” the pills( if they run a test on you just take one before it.)

In this situation you can feign compliance by opting for the pills. If you stay on the injections once the court hearing comes they’ll keep you on them since you’re on them right now. If you switch to the pills there’s a chance you stay on the pills as a sentencing instead of more injections.
Okay thankyou.

I have a public attorney. I will have a discussion with my care co-ordinator next time I see her about switching over to pills. I’m thinking of saying I wanna try them as I believe they are less potent than injections and want to see if my side effects improve.

Because I was healed from panic attack and asked to them if i can go back to my home, they told me that If I had taken theyr injection I can go home (i trusted them) they never told me what was this shit.
I started to have serious sympthoms that i never had in my life before so i did some research about what the hell they injected me with but it was too late when i discovered what I was goin trough

Bring up the dangers of LAI's along with your side-effects. I showed the dangers of these LAI's(the psychiatrist is aware) to my personal psychiatrist's(2 different ones), and both times they lowered the dosage of it. They're aware of how dangerous these injections are, make sure you lead with the dangers and follow with your side-effects.

If you lead with the side-effects they'll say all injections have side-effects and say the benefits outweigh the negatives. They're prepared to diminish the importance of feeling like yourself in your own body, they aren't prepared/educated to defend themselves against the dangers of this medicine. Show them the forums, bring reports about the dangers of injections. Just don't log into your account when you show them, or make a separate account when you log in and briefly scroll through the masses of people complaining about what these injections do them.

Edit: You're on abilify so if they look at it they may try and nullify what you're saying since this is a Invega forum. Just bring up the fact people are suffering from this, and say you participate in forums that showcase this. If you tell them you want to switch because they're less potent, they're gonna say you need the potency because you've been having historical issues with "controlling" yourself or "psychotic" breaks or whatever. They'll also medically write that down and use it as evidence against you in court if you admit you're switching to pills because they're less potent. Saying you have side-effects from the injections is fine, but don't give them leeway to make a case you're trying to avoid medication(which is what you'll be doing telling them it's less potent)

I forgot to mention if you do end up back on a CTO or end up in psychosis after switching to pills it’ll probably be a much longer time on injections next time.

But if you ended up on CTO again regardless it’d be a long time on injections next time either way. If you really want to get off and not have it relevant to your case proceedings in court you can just say you don’t like
/ your tired of needles or something that doesn’t have to do with your mental state of being or psychiatrists. They won’t be able to use that against you, and it’ll be sufficient enough to get off the medicine. They can’t say you’re lying unless you have a bunch of tattoos or something.

I doubt the prosecution is going to try and put hell on a guy who went “crazy” in the mental hospital anyways. And as time passes and no more incidents end up occurring in your life since the last act that got charges pressed against you, the better the situation becomes for you because you’ll appear more “stable” to the judge. What charges are being pressed against you/ what did you do? And maybe I can offer even more support. The best thing going for you is time and no incidents occurring. The further this incident gets buried deeper and deeper into the past the less likely they are to take psychiatric route against you.

If they found out you aren’t taking the pills your seriously fucked, don’t even trust your family to know you aren’t taking them. Fake that shit

@Invegatorture
Thankyou so much for your support. I will DM you soon. You’ve helped me a lot with this. Much appreciation 🙏

Most people who post here are less than 2 years old here, which shows that either most people before that recover or go away for another reason. What do you think?
