dirtyinvega posted in this thread a few months ago I think. I think I remember him talking about the birth of his son a while before that though, I think he said it made him cry or something, which is good. Unfortunately, I don't think he has recovered mostly or completely from Invega yet. He seems pretty pessimistic about it.

We don't know if full recovery actually happens man everyday is a full on nightmare I hope to feel better one day I really do I am just worried invega did some permanent damage ya know

Hi sbar. Back when i took risperidone in 2015 it felt like i had pernament damage but i recovered from it. It took me around a year. How long have you been on invega, how many shots did it take. Keep in mind invega and risperidone are the same thing
 
I'm scared this shot permanently destroys your brain I know some people that took 24 shots and after 5 years are still suffering I'm hoping 1 shot my brain has th ability to repair and work the way it did pre poison
 
I was on haldol which might be a little stronger then invega im no longer happy anymore.

I wanna be able to feel weed or get drunk to makeup for all this depression
 
I read a story of it being 8 years for this guy with still blocked receptors is it bs?
I hope so man 8 years with blocked receptors seem a little much

don't forget about the people that have recovered, and that the majority have recovered in no more than a year and a half. there's usually some reason why someone takes so long. common factor is being on it for so long. but yeah, i feel religion did damage to me too. shit gave me hypomanic delusions. then i got the adversary driving me crazy, filling me with inferiority and rage, hindering my growth, disrupting the connection with God, and darkening my faith. mf always outwits me too. thing is smart. also pries me from states of unique, special, happy, or powerful feelings. very possessive. shame that modern day doesn't believe in the spiritual influences of the world. i'd actually get help instead of being forced to take medication with the problem still there full power. the more real the connection, the bigger the target you are to the evil ways of Satan. i wish i could just end it all. bring peace between the two.
 
Ya I didn't mean religion I meant imvega but hey I know what you mean man when I became pure my connection to GOD was great Satan attacked me beaches I gave up the porn alcohol tobacco and started pressing in town yelling on corners calling people to repentance
 
It was pretty wild t the cops told me 7 times and got arrested and then hospitalized

Hi everyone. I dont know how many of y9u have googled schizophrenia but if you do and go on wikipedia they gave somethibg listed as "negative symptoms".

Negative symptoms list things like lack of motivation, lack of speech, staying home in bed all day etc. It annoys me that they list these symptoms as a result of "schizophrenia". I think its very clear tocall of us that those "negative symptoms" are a result of the medications but they blame it on the disease. Why dont we speak out more and talk about how its the antipsychotic medication and not schizophrenia that causes thise symptoms. I honestly think that all of us that gave been harmed by psychiatry should go out and protest in front of parliament or the white house. The only problem is these meds have left us incapable of being motivated enough to do these type of protest.

I think I see what you're saying. It does bother me that they blame some of the side effects caused by the drugs on schizophrenia and not on the drugs.
 
Can anyone actually guarantee a recovery.?
I mean ok so if it takes anywhere from 12-36 months to clear 1-10 shots should one think another 2 years after the drug has been eliminated to feel better return to normal chemistry.?
As the days go on I am haunting of wow...
Maybe I will feel like this forever I hope that is not the case
 
Hey just checking in to see how everyone was holding up during this pandemic. I just want to be an ear and a voice so you all know that recovering is the only option. This medicine is a long lasting injection so dependent on the person, it may take longer or less time. It took me about two years to recover. I feel better than ever. I’m genuinely happy. And I’m making strides towards being a better person everyday. I had a total of 5 injections. Everyone side effects will differ. Stay hold and keep the fight in you. This is not the end for you but a new beginning. God loves you and sees the pain and agony you are enduring. I wish you a speedy recovery.
Ask in prayer and believe. The mind can conceive what it believes. Believe you are getting better day by day. Monitor yourself. Hear the silence. Embrace the pain. I love y’all. Take Kare and be blessed.
