I feel like exercise weight lifting, running releases more invega into your system could this be true? I just had a play fight with my nephew and I feel like I just got injected with 1000mg of invega does these activities effect how you feel? If so how does it make you feel?

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8293348/ (read this this is what something im talking about)
Makes a lot of sense tbh, when I was first recovering I would have some days where I felt more energized then others I would sprint and my heart would beat really fast, after that for 3-4 days straight I’d barely be able to walk like 50 yards honestly think all the exercise I did in my recovery made more invega release into my system as a faster rate making the hell phase worse for me but making it last not as long by the time I was 2 months off invega sustenna i could walk 4 miles then at the end of month 2/beginning of month 3 I could lift weights again.

Symptoms of Adrenal fatigue, Craving salt, Overly Emotional, Tired after exercise, brain fog, weight gain, trouble sleeping, frequent sickness, depression, anxiety, morning fatigue, lightheaded when standing up, irritability. This injection literally fucks your life up no suprise people want to commit suicide on this medication. it's the devils juice
I had all of those symptoms until the end of month 4/beginning of month 5 one time I stood up too fast and fainted I nearly had a seizure.

Yeah heres what I found:

Is it safe to exercise on antipsychotics?

Similar to the case of diabetic patients, exercise can increase the rate of absorption of the deposited antipsychotic, and as a result, there can be emergent adverse effects that are dose-related, including cardiovascular and metabolic abnormalities, hyperprolactinemia, and extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS).

Also I think it has to do with the blood flow, also my back is hurting so Im using a heat patch on my back which is increasing the blood flow to my glutes, Im using the heat patch on the injection site, do you think this has anything to do with it too? Or could this be a way of making paliperidone absorb quicker so it gets out my system quicker? I have a theory about this what do you think merek

Ya I read the article and I agree with it 100% especially cause of my experience with the sprinting I talked about, blood flow can play a big role in it. My theory is if you have a heat patch on your injection site chances are it’s being absorbed into your system faster you’ll feel the effects of the invega stronger, you’ll get worse withdrawals since the taper will be faster if you do that but you’re gonna recover quicker most likely this can be risky though since you’re prone to rebound psychosis. I don’t think this is true but it’s a possibility that I think is worth mentioning, if you absorb the invega faster your brain is on a higher dose which can alter it more but i think that being on a high dose for a short period of time can’t be more harmful then being on a moderate dose for a long period of time.

Ya you should be good id recommend exercising ASAP it can prevent you from permanent damage.

Wtf I workout all the time lol I don’t get adverse reactions! This forum is so friggen stupid. Trained professionals have said go to the gym and workout and do as much physical activity as you can. Doctors and you’re going to listen to a website.

It's a lot of guessing and theories here I have to admit, but I'm here for personal experiences...

What do you mean?
Isn't it too late after being inactive for so long?
It’s not too late to workout it never is the benefits of exercise are always there you gotta ditch that mentality that oh it’s too late so i why even try.

Trust me you can workout, even start by taking walks. Don’t worry about “permanent damage” what’s done is done. Might as well get in shape the best you can. Try not to pay attention to the side effects and just do what you can.
I do long patrols at my job so there's my basic workout.
I really wanna start doing street workouts.
You're right, what done is done, my only hope is that it won't be permanent, I can definitely see myself healing fully.

You’re 14 months off the injections so there’s none left in your system by now think about when you were taking the injections how workout out felt, when I was less then a month off I’d do sprints and for 3 days later feel like my invega dose was doubled so it’s not an unreasonable theory, you can’t be so quick to believe doctors either they don’t know everything they make mistakes themselves there’s lots of shitty doctors out there like your doctor who made you take 5 more injections after your CTO was over just cause someone claims to be a professional doesn’t mean you can just believe whatever they say.

Xeplion destroyed my muscles and made my body very weak.
There's no bursting power or adrenaline really, maybe a little bit, haven't tried yet.

The more you workout and stick to that the faster it will all come back I started working out when I had no adrenaline what so ever but it benefitted me in the long run as my muscle memory came back.

It’s going to be tough to workout though, so starting with walks is probably your best bet. It’ll be annoying to be in the gym if you don’t have patience for activities and won’t be fun. Especially if you don’t find it fulfilling to listen to music. Ten minutes on a machine will feel like an hour. Being outside is much easier and makes time go by faster. Plus I find you’ll get discouraged in the gym because you won’t be able to move as quick or lift as heavy as you once did. Take it slow. Walking outside helps.

Do you feel endorphins from your workouts?

Ya when I first started working out again It started with walks then it turned into jogs which turned into a mile + runs then I went into physical therapy then I got back to the gym @UnluckyXeplion one thing that might work for you is to go to physical therapy and tell them you’ve been deconditioned and want to do exercises to get your muscle back to prepare you for the gym if I were you I’d do that along side walks & jogs.

Its going to take up to a year...the other dude from thread v4 and v5 also used that injection and it took him one year to heal...all those injections are bad news
Can you show me this guy you are talking about. i would like to ask him some questions. You said 6 months last time I asked
