You might ask yourself: how do I change my thoughts? Simple. Everyday for 21 days and for months later without escaping sit in quiet area preferably a a natural area with trees and clean air. Then start listening to your thoughts, then begin to challeng them.

For example if you get a thought saying:
(i) I am exhausted today,
Instantly replace that with the directly opposite corresponding positive thought, saying:

(ii) No, No, cancel cancel. I AM VERY ENERGETIC TODAY!!!. And be emphatic about it.
Your thoughts will come in in constantly. Listen to them carefully and replace any negative thought with its corresponding positive thought. DO NOT LET ANY NEGATIVE THOUGHT PASS INTO YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS AT ANY COST! EVEN WHEN YOU GO TO SLEEP! Do this every day for 3 months and I promise you you will heal. Let's shut this website down once and for all! P.S. I do not recommend exercise during this period because this mental task will cost you a lot of energy. But it will be worth it in the end. Good food goes without saying. Remember, good vibes only. Negative energy stay far away. Love truly does heal. Love everyone. You will heal faster. Its up to you my people. Be careful what you watch and what you listen to. Be very careful. The world is not a safe place. You are being constantly programmed on your phones and laptops. May God be with you as he is. I love you all my brothers. Peace.

>snip< cbd helped alot. >snip< 1 bottle of cbd oil once month for 3 months. No more.

I think that you can probably do alot to help someone suffering from the mental problems referred to as 'schizophrenia' in one or two weeks with hard exercise, good sleep, good nutrition, and maybe being in nature if you can. The trick is going to sleep, schizophrenics tend to be insomniacs. They might need a strong pill like Ambien or something to get them to sleep, and that was made illegal.

Besides the forced medication, some of the times that I was in the mental facility were actually kind of fun hanging out with people, and having a fixed routine helped too, you can play sports and games and watch TV, I had an old school textbook brought over and was just taking notes from it to pass the time. I'd never want to go back though obviously, but really if they had some sort of mental facility with no psychiatric drugs except benzos and some strong sleeping pills, and that's if we're only talking legal substances here, it probably wouldn't be that bad..

The psychiatric industry would argue that it serves a useful purpose to do something about all of the truly crazy and deranged and out of control people in society. If they had some sort of mental facility with just benzos and strong sleeping pills, and preferably also with some 'plant medicines' or something that would probably work. Only for the most criminally insane cases should maybe forced injections be given, and only for the short term. I think that all psychiatric workers since I hate them though should also be given at least a year of injections though for what they've done..

They say that 'mentally ill' people are like the shamans and healers of the modern times, maybe also like the crazy inventors or something too, they don't fit the mold of society and live more on the fringes, and that role isn't really respected anymore in society nowadays.

Benzos like valium is like sugar pill if you compare with invega ..yeah if u misuse it and take like 50 mg per day ...u can experience bad withdrawals...

We used to have access to all realms. Now we are limited to one realm. But at night in our sleep our souls wander off to the Dream Realm. It is our home. The Dream Realm.
Yup...i feel very confident in my dreams and not depressive like im now...and there s no anhedonia only series of adventure lol...but not always.

When last time i admitted to mental hospital ..they gave me some shit that i dont know man...but it was pure hell i was wandering around like i got trapped..my soul was freaking out...very bad experience tho

i honestly thought i was in purgatory when i was in the psych ward. I had cotards syndrome but still i might be forgiven in thinking it was purgatory because that's what it was fucking like. Between being cold turkeyed off 150mg's of morphine 6mg's of clonazepam and being thrown in solitary confinement about 6 times i did not have a good time at all The only good part about it was getting my cock grabbed by some random chick in there but sadly i was on invega at the time and couldn't get it up at all

i would strongly suggest latuda to anyone who is having a hard time of invega or any other anti-psychotic really. I don't even know im taking it really. My anhedonia has gone away completely and my sex drive came back 100% so things are alright now i cant complain.

Does weed work on you?

Okay everyone, we need to tone it down. Using vulgar words to refer to women needs to stop yesterday. If you want to talk about "red pill" conspiracy theories, take it to The Dive. If you want to post music videos, we have a thread for that here in The Dark Side.

We need to all stay on topic and keep this thread on the subject of Invega. Off topic posts are subject to editing/deletion and after this warning, repeat offenders are subject to infractions. Thanks for your cooperation.
Guys, I already stated that we need to remain on topic in this thread.

Please, if you want to talk about other realms, religion, metaphysics, etc, then you can take it to Philosophy and Spirituality forum. If you want to talk about the government or conspiracy theories in general, you can do so in Current, Events, and Politics or The Dive. If you wish to talk about some of these things in the greater context of the mental health system or how it affects your mental health personally, then feel free to make new threads here in The Dark Side. But we need to keep the conversation on Invega in this thread. We will allow divergences about the mental health system, psych hospitals, and other subjective experiences like anhedonia here as long as they are related to Invega.

I just had to go through and delete several off topic posts because the thread got derailed for a bit. Sorry if one or some of your posts were edited or deleted. Like I said, feel free to make other threads here in The Dark Side or in other forums where the conversations will be welcomed and can go further in depth. If you have any questions, please feel free to shoot me a PM. Thanks.

I used to go in a fog when I ate on Invega…it was really bad…kind of numb and over consumption. I think your trying to activate your reward system but the reward system is simply gone. It still sort of happens on latuda…I kind of just get so sad I stop eating and tell myself it’s not worth over eating. Truth is antipsychotics ruin your reward system and make you go numb.
The drug fills the dopamine reward receptors…the brain continues to produce dopamine but it has nowhere to go when the receptors are blocked. Then to compensate the brain upregulates dopamine receptors and creates lots of new ones. For some individuals this can cause tardive psychosis or auditory hallucinations and other psychotic symptoms but it doesn’t necessarily mean you are ill. It is caused by the medication itself. It is a brutal thing to experience and I’m kind of going through it.

Can it subside overtime? like once new receptors are created, doesn't it mean that the original ones were simply replaced?
I was afraid of the medication causing mental illness when you go clean.

As far as I know, the original ones are still there too, so with the addition of more receptors and still having the old ones that’s what can confuse yourself and the doctor’s into thinking it’s mental illness but in all reality it’s from delayed antipsychotic withdrawal. I do think it subsides but I’ve been getting weird auditory hallucinations from medications that never did that in the past and only started happening after Invega injections left my brain completely. I got auditory hallucinations had insight what was happening wasn’t normal went and checked myself in to the hospital tested negative for schizophrenia and they put me on onlanzepine pill form but as a voluntary patient. It’s starting to feel like invega hell again just not as intense since it’s pill form. I’m slowly working my way at weaning myself off because it’s the delayed withdrawal effects of coming off the antipsychotics causing schizophrenia like symptoms but it’s the drugs themselves and doctor’s aren’t trained in this which can completely ruin a person’s life. That’s basically exactly what you said, you come off the meds and it gives you mental illness like symptoms.

Do the original dopamine receptors get unblocked once the drug have left the brain?

Yes, depending on which type of form your drug came in will determine when and your individual brain chemistry. For myself it’s taken 19 months and counting but I had 1 month injections and a total of 7. The half life for those was up to 49 days, but slowly am able to feel more and more dopamine but since there are dopamine receptors in different parts of the brain, other receptors are still playing catch up. I have a photo I wish I could post that would give you a better understanding of all the chemicals involved in withdrawals. It’s way more than just dopamine. I’m going to look for the link for you and then post it. I found the link. Scroll down the page a little ways and you’ll find the picture with the helpful info. https://psychscenehub.com/psychinsights/antipsychotic-withdrawal-syndrome-tapering/
