a lot of people on this forum have a lot of hatred and jealousy toward people who recover or are doing better than them, you can tell people 1000x time over you recovered and they will still not believe you, little do they understand that everyone is different and medication reacts to people differently. I was lucky enough to not have as many problems as most, and I’m grateful for that, but overall like I said before I stop coming on this forum because people just rip on you and call you a liar for being positive, in all honesty those people will never recover with that mindset, best advice too any new people on this forum is just too stay off, it will lower your moral everyday if you come and read the same depressing shit over and over again, so many other things you could be reading and learning about on blue light then sitting on the invega forum dwelling about it.
This is important because those with actual delusional disorders can believe some of this nonsense about not taking your medicine which could land one in the hospital, jail, or worse. Remember the suicide rate for bipolar is unreasonably higher.

I never had the anxiety, anhedonia recovered 100% Around 12 months. I had most of my emotions back around 9 months then full range of emotions around 12. I knew the anhedonia would go away eventually because my emotions returned, a lot of people who have anhedonia not even from invega have loss all emotions.
Hey I'm so happy that you've recovered and are helping others by coming to this forum. Can I ask, do you think if someone took 8 shots their recovery time will take longer or that it will be around the same recovery time because the shots dont stack up? Thanks!

Soups, scrambled eggs, applesauce, crackers, bananas, cinnamon toast, carnation instant breakfast, smoothies, pasta with some butter and seasonings on it.

Try and nibble all day on stuff as opposed to sitting down and eating a whole meal. Just nibble slowly on foods that are good for you so that you can keep your calorie count up and not get weak from lack of eating.
when i was in WD, i lived on bananas, bone broth and apple sauce, great advice

Most of us probably broke world record in sleep deprivation. One guy here didn't sleept for a 6 months in a row.

i didnt sleep at all for 5 days (opioid WD), another few days i would have keeled over, big ass heart for those that cant sleep, a relative took these drugs, dont remember it as Invega but i was a teen, she was homicidal and suicidal, took her lil under a year to heal up, but she would have left a trail of tears and or been in prison, she is kicking ass, thriving, now even in her golden years, but i remember her not sleeping so well while my mom cared for her and it damn near drove us kids to madness, wish all of you the best that my heart can give

I'm having cold sweats a lot recently. @Nurse Ratched I took 1g valerian root, 1mg melatonin, L-theanine 900mg, one 0.5L beer (around 5% alcohol) and I could not sleep not even 1minute last night, any suggestions. Kratom is half legal in my country(in middle EU).

My record is around 14 days with no sleep, during that period I was handling horrible withdrawals due 5 different... "meds"

It is interesting that insomnia caused by invega sus-tena kicked in hardest from 1-2 months off but then it went down to mild-moderate severity range. From 5-6 month it is back to moderate-high severity range, and again it's at high severity at 9 months off. Brain is doing something, question is wtf is actualy happening. Is somebody having similar experience?

Cut out the alcohol, even though it was only a small amount it's still well documented that alcohol messes with our ability to sleep properly. And perhaps try more melatonin, maybe 5-10mg.
Also take a look at your pre-bedtime routine. Are you winding down and relaxing sufficiently before actually going to bed? Try to avoid all screens for an hour before bed (read a book or magazine, or listen to something instead). Have a warm bath, drink some hot tea. Do nice relaxing things like that before bed. That may help.

Just use seroquel 50 mg and sleep will be yours.

Better than no sleeping...if you dont get enough sleep you can relapse into psychosis...yeah a.p. s are bad i know but sometimes we dont have other option.

Just an update on my progress parkinsonism mostly gone, I’m able to go hard on the rowing machine…cognitive abilities are much improved and I just hit the 14th month without injections. Recovery is definitely possible and I strongly recommend the gym or whatever type of exercise you can handle to help the brain with neurogenesis. My motivation has come back too with me rowing 7 days a week with the goal of losing 8 lbs of fat in 2 months and nothing will stop me. I’m currently prescribed dexedrine so that is helping a lot too. Hang in there guys the hopeless feelings are mostly gone now too. I know what its like in the thick of it fearing it will never end but it does and will. Sending you all positive healing vibes.
how many injections have you had? do you take a lot of medication?
