Oh my yes, big pharma definitely lies about a lot of things. But the negative symptoms of schizophrenia and the bad side effects of antipsychotics are not lies.Big pahrma lies

I am the unluckiest person in the world pushed to have six injections when I was not sleeping at all. Pushed by doctors and by my ignorant family who still thinks they did good. Now the sleeping pills don't work anymore and I might get a stroke or a heart attack. They will blame it on my poor mental state when they have killed me. It is so unfair. I feel so abandoned and lonely. My long term partner left me in the middle of the crisis and doesn't talk to me since. It is all so unfair
I don't see it getting better. It just gets worse. If I could at least sleep. I am so damaged. My family denies the insomnia is from the injections even if they know I was sleeping very well before. We feel you. Though things always change in life; it's the one constant of living, so things are bound to get better, eventually.
Hang in there, sister.
I was trying meditation at two shots from four shots nothing worksHave you tried meditation for relaxation? I've known people able to sleep while practicing meditation whereas they wouldn't normally be able to. Always good to tire yourself out mentally and physically, too!
I looked into hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the company who provides this service said that it helps with detox (even from medication) and healing. This thread is huge now and takes hours to sift through for answers. I'm looking for successful solutions to common invega problems. I'll start with some.

Yeah it can definitely be difficult at first. Usually they say that doing it every day for two months maximizes the benefits. It's not always a pleasurable experience, too. I kind of make myself do it daily, but it's not as hard as it used to be because it's habitual, right? It's all about building positive habits. I think you'll be fine. It's a rough patch you're going through, but to me it sounds like you have the will to persevere, and we thank you for that, truly!I was trying meditation at two shots from four shots nothing works
I can't do it. I regret so much taking so many shots for a family who believes in psychiatry. With 2 I would have recovered, I was doing meditation before going to sleep and I was sleeping from 22 till 2am by myself then taking Valium. I should have stopped then. I had already mobility problems and coordination and mental fog. But the doctors said I had to adapt to the medication. It was a lie. I hate them all so much.Yeah it can definitely be difficult at first. Usually they say that doing it every day for two months maximizes the benefits. It's not always a pleasurable experience, too. Ahhh okay. I think we may have a bit of a confusion here.
Yes, I was referring to those negative symptoms and I am in doubt as to whether the medication causes them since there are people who have not had an outbreak and have been given Invega and have had those same symptoms.
@Dreeery did you mean the negative symptoms in the classical sense, negative as in the taking away of something e.g. anhedonia (taking away pleasure), social isolation (taking away socialisation), depression (taking away positive mood), etc.
Or did you mean negative symptoms as in bad side effects of the medications? Because I think @t_xeplionhell that's what you're talking about??
Either way, no they are most definitely not big pharma lies. They are definitely real symptoms that people experience. I'm not sure that I understand how you mean that they are a lie @t_xeplionhell

Get sarcosine, L tyrosine and L theanine.I was on and off of it for 2+ years, but I'd say around 12-15 shots was the mean range of how much I took, yh...
I healed 100% as far as I can tell, and anything else that I still have, such as lack of reading is from the Haldol, which I am quitting cold turkey this month.
I will be watching myself carefully though. If I get any adverse reactions such as hyperactivity or mania, I will take a small dose of the shot just to keep things aligned with sanity... For the sake of not getting put back in the psychiatric ward. You feel me?
So... How are you doing?
I'm so sorry that this is happening to you Nina. I wish we could help you more or speed up the process in some way. I truly hope that one day very soon something clicks and you start to feel a bit better. I really wish that for you. I think you could ask this from your regular doctor, I dont see why not?Hmm---can a regular doc prescribe me something for high prolactin or am I going to need to gamble and ask my psychs for that?
For sexual dysfunction, I would say it just takes time and you need to play the waiting game. This thread is huge now and takes hours to sift through for answers. I'm looking for successful solutions to common invega problems. I'll start with some.
