coming down with benedryl

After a night of meth, is it an ok idea to take benedryl to get sleepy? I'm talking about when you've already come down and are ready to crash but my brain can't fall asleep. Thanks

...btw, I don't have access to benzos quite yet.

somethings always better than nothing,if its helped you sleep in the past and you cant get any benzos,theres your ansa.
