SWIM is a 22 year old male who had taken mdma on two previous occasions, with no adverse comedown or general effects. Last Sunday SWIM was at a festival and bought 3 MDMA pills. The pills were 'blue grenades' - Swim did not test them but heard that they were refutable pills and knows plenty others who took them that night.
So SWIM bought the 3 pills, and decided to drop half of one at 8.50. At 11 that night, SWIM dropped a full pill. 30 minutes later, SWIM dropped the remaining 1.5 ecstasy which we had - essentially double dropping. SWIM really shouldn't have double dropped as he isn't an experienced pill taker. SWIM was very fucking out of it for around 20 minutes and experienced a mild panic attack, thinking he might collapse and die. SWIM danced his way out of it, and managed to get to a stage where he felt\ a good buzz. SWIM went home that night, fell asleep, and did not experience any MDMA comedown symtpoms the next day.
SWIM didn't experience any comedown symptoms throughout the week, but was very disturbed whenever he thought of the panic attack he had when rolling. Aside from that, SWIM was perfectly fine.
Earlier tonight, SWIM was doing college work.
SWIM started to feel a bit dizzy and anxious, before going downstairs to get his blood pressure checked on a device SWIM owns at home. Blood pressure was certainly higher than should have been, without necessarily being at excessive levels. SWIM was shaking and shivering for a good hour and half, somewhat short of breath, etc.... but SWIM eventually started to settle down and feel normal again. SWIM attributed it to a panic attack.
SWIM went to bed, thinking it was all good.
However, SWIM started to feel all paranoid and thought he might have been hearing some noise, and the dimmed lights in the room started to become a lot more vibrant. SWIM is currently awake in his bedroom, feeling anxious and dizzy, and the general symptoms of another panic attack.... afraid to go asleep in case he doesn't wake up.
What SWIM wants to know is could he be experiencing a delayed comedown? Should SWIM be concerned about a potential heart attack or stroke in his sleep? Could SWIM have done any lasting damage to himself?
