(Combo) Diazepam, Tramadol and Hydrocodone. (Need Opinions).

Hey guys, I posted a thread earlier that was kind of similar to this but in a way it's quite different so I decided to make a new thread.

Last night I took 10mg Diazepam and 350mg Tramadol. About 2 hours later I took another 5mg Diazepam and 150mg Tramadol. Then, around 2 more hours later I took another 5mg Diazepam and 150mg Tramadol (Just a word of advise to people who don't know anything about dosage, DO NOT take this much Tramadol, the only reason I did is because I had a powerful anti-convulsant in my system the whole time). I started around 12am and finished around 11am. I still haven't slept if that makes a difference but I'm not tired whatsoever, I actually feel like I have slept.


Anyways, enough background information. On to the main question.

I plan on taking some more Tramadol soon (or later, I haven't decided yet). It's been 5.5 hours since my last dose. To assure I stay safe I've purchased ten 10mg Diazepam's from the Pharmacy today and will be taking one 30 minutes before dosing. After the 30 minutes I'm going to dose 400mg, and I was planning (if it's safe) to throw in 10mg Hydrocodone also. I have a pretty high benzo tolerance and it takes me about 60-70mg Hydrocodone to get a good high.
I assume that this should be safe but I want to get some opinions.

EDIT: I think I might actually take 20mg Diazepam right now and take a 2-3 hour nap before dosing. What do you guys think?

Considering your tolerance (and your other thread....), adding 10mg hydrocodone on top shouldn't be an issue.

A word of caution: mixing hydrocodone with diazepam is a bit different from mixing tramadol with diazepam. The sedative-enhancing effects of diazepam on the hydrocodone will most likely be more pronounced. Proceed with caution.

Alright. Thanks. Maybe I'll save the Hydrocodone for another night since I've already taken 20mg Diazepam today. I want to take 30mg Diazepam right now for a nap tho, so I assume it'd still be safe to dose the Tramadol later?

^Shouldn't be a problem. Just be mindful of your total diazepam intake, as benzos tend you make you forget that you already took...benzos.

tramadol has a stronger opioid effecrt when u space out the doses.
if u dose 400mg all at once it will have a stong SNRI effect which i think isnt very desireable.

take 100mg tram than keep de-dosing every hr. I dont know where i read this so i can give a link of where i got this info or how to optimize the opiod effect. I just dont like it where the SNRI effect starts to outweigh the opiod effect. (I personally like the sedation better than the AD effect)

I used to take tramadol every day & I found it best to dose in the morning otherwise it will keep u awake. but i guess i already new that. so u shoulld take a nap

take the tram & diaz first since they last the longest & than the hydro.

^Be careful when dosing in this fashion, it's quite easy to get to a pretty high dosage if you're already on benzos (I've noticed that taking benzos and then taking other pills...makes it quite easy to lose track of how many pills you've taken.)
