Combo 2C-B and 2C-D (7mg each)

It's been a while, but I think I took 2C-D early in the day, and then just a little bit more right before the date. In any case, I haven't exceeded 15mg in any single run for many many months.
Stacking them was a bit more intense though I had kept the doses pretty low individually.

I've come around to liking the idea of staggering dosing, but I think I might chicken out on the combo given the difficulty of predicting the result. If so then I'll have to come back to this combo another time.

They took 8 mg 2C-B with 16 mg 2C-D not expecting very much. However:

T+1:30 [...] Wow, this is going to be MUCH more than I expected.

They got pretty strong visuals, so this seems to be another data point in favor of strong synergy between these two drugs. I wonder if this relates to the 2C-D "tofu" effect? Like maybe a little 2C-D goes a long way in the presence of other compounds, allowing 2C-D to be effectively used for re-dosing later in a trip?

Do you all just have ancient stashes of 2C-D? It seems to be unobtainium.

So tonight I did it. I played things conservatively though being that this was my first time going out to a show while tripping since ... way more than a decade.

T+0:00 ~6.5-7 mg 2C-B
T+1:15 ~4.5-5 mg 2C-D
T+2:20 ~4.5-5 mg 2C-D

The 2C-D announced itself at around T+1:30 as a kind of sharpening of the round-fuzzy feelings of the 2C-B. Shortly after, I got a burst of body energy, stimulation, and euphoria. Pronounced time dilation was experienced around T+2:00, which is where the overall effects peaked with some significant tracers and colorful CEVs. The second 2C-D dose did not increase the effects; the window for re-dosing had clearly closed. It did keep things at a pleasant low +2 with plenty of stimulation for the remainder of the event.

Overall I'm very pleased with the result, but except for that rush between T+1:30 and T+2:00, I didn't notice any potentiation. In fact, it was weaker than if I'd taken say 13 mg 2C-B at once or 18 mg 2C-D at once.

is it getting legalized?

This above is sort of a joke. But. There's currently a number of companies brazenly(?) selling 4homet and 5mapb etc. So idk.

Once a compound gets scheduled in the USA its almost impossible to reverse and requires congress. In fact.. aside from a temporary descheduling of MDMA in the 80s i cant think of a single illegal drug that has been completely unscheduled. If im wrong someome plz tell me.

Rescheduled or moved between* schedules has happened occasionally.

These laws are all super inflexible. Good luck removing compounds from international drug control conventions, btw. The whole system makes me so pessimistic. It is so stupid especially because psychedelics in particular hardly fulfill the criteria which have to be met for schedule 1 compounds.

Avoiding the scheduling of novel compounds is immensely important!

Thank you for your report @iom . I feel like I need to recalibrate 2C-B. My first ever experience was with 5 mg feeling nothing. I'm not sure what I would feel now from that dose.
