Combined adderall and cocaine- worried about side effects

This past Saturday I was drinking during the day, and also took 40mg of IR adderall in the course of roughly 12 hours. Around hour 10, I also did a couple lines of cocaine. After sobering up, I realized what a tremendously stupid idea this was, and I'm now worried about the long or short term damage I may have done to my Cardiovascular system.

I didn't feel like my heart was going too fast (or going to explode, like others who have done this combo report to have felt) while on this combination, but 36 hours later, I'm feeling some mild chest discomfort above my left breast.

My question is whether or not I'm outside the window of having a serious heart complication from this combination, or not. Also wondering if I could have done long term damage to my Cardiovascular system, and whether or not I should seek medical attention.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As a general rule. Never combine stimulants with stimulants. They can cause these unwanted nasty side effects as I've mixed Concerta and Focalin before and felt as though I was gonna die. Don't do it again and you should be fine as your doses didn't seem too high. I mean idk what your coke doses were but cocaine is already toxic to the heart. Be careful next time.

If these pains and such persist and do not go away with some time then maybe you can go get it checked out but your body is strong when it comes to recovering. That binge I was referring to went on for 5 days.

If you don't do it on a regular basis you're fine. Well, as fine as the likes of us get. People do INSANE combos all the time and you rarely hear from any serious complications - mostly panic attacks and the likes. Not promoting this kind of behaviour in any way - but your body is much tougher than most people think.
