If I take 2 hydrocodone 5/500 and 2 ritalin 10 mg, should I be able to still make sensical decisions and not od?

Yes, that is a safe dosage. Do you have a tolerance to either of these drugs? Or do you have a tolerance to stimulants (like amphetamines, Adderall, Dexedrine, cocaine, etc) and/or opiates?

Other Drugs --> Basic Drug Discussion (since this is a basic dosing / combination question). I'm also going to re-title your thread so it makes sense and for easier searching/archiving in the future.

I may have a tolerance to stimulants in general. I ingest easily 2000 mgs of caffeine a day in pills and drinks. I haven't done anything heavy in a long time, but used to do a bit of coke. It's been years, though. I take the ritalin daily as it is, and it doesn't seem to do much except offset the sleepiness of seroquel.

the first part of your question depends on whether you're generally able to make sensical decisions at all. ;)
but I don't think these dosages will impair your decision making abilities.

the second part..nope..you won't od..should be good to go. :)
