Combating Severe Vasoconstriction encountered with Stims (Mainly Meph)

There is that stuff that they sometimes use to flush IV lines in hospitals (Not Saline). I forgot the name of it, but it sounds like Hisperidin or something. I think it comes from peppers. If I remember correctly its a vasodialator when given by IV (if you can find the vein). It could be used in the meantime until the paramedics get there and doesnt have a lot of action on the CNS which is good.

Take that with a benzo maybe??
 
Im totally spacing it. They used it to flush my IV when I had to get IV Solumedrol for inflammation.
 
I have accesses to a Glyceryl trinitrate spray, i thought of giving it a go. Because today meph session has giving me wierd chest pains, kind like someone sat on my chest, also my peripheries have gone icy cold. did a bit of research trying to find any evidence of interactions between the spray and drugs similar to meph, couldn't find much, i took one puff, it's quite minty and flavourful!
I'm happy to say that it has eased the chest pain completely, not so much with coldness in the extremeties, no noticable undesired effects yet, i've not felt any dizziness or shit that would lead me to think my BP has dropped significantly, this may work for you, but i am tentative at the moment about it

I have noticed a slight headache, but my hands and feet are back to normal now, no cyanosis or discolouration, I'm starting to think this was not such a bad idea
 
Now that i have reached pretty much baseline, i'd say the nitroglycerin was quite useful, after dosing around 3 more times i had the same pain and tightness also the cold hands and feet, so i used the nitroglycerin, and again no side effects of note and almost complete alliviation of pain and coldness.
To me this would now seem invaluble for meph sessions, however it would just make me do it all the more, and whilst it gives relief there is probably some damage still being done, so i think the best medicine is moderation. Also if i ever got caught my grandad's angina medication, i'd never live it down.
One more thing which has helped a great deal tonight was the taking of Lorazepam 3mgs, in the middle of the session, by the time i'd finished they'd kicked in making all my muscles, including my heart feel very relaxed
A few Stats
My pulse rate baseline is around 75-80bpm
during the hieght of the session it was around 140
and now at the end a much more comfortable 90

Sorry if i've rambled, but in short, yes nitroglycerin seems to work and not cause any mad reactions, this would need to be tested further and i'm not suggesting anyone try this themselves!!! but i think i'll be curtailing my intake, Less is More!

I was thinking.
Adding a vasodilator to mephedrone was a bad thing because it could drop blood pressure to low. But what if you just take before taking the mephedrone? A normal viagra dose for example that wouldnt hurt when you take it on its own.

It would prevent some vasoconstriction caused by mephedrone.
 
The only problem is that it might increase the permeability of the blood brain barrier. Im not 100% on that, but it could negate the benefits of improved circulation.

Heparin?

It's not a vasodilator, just an anti-coagulant.
 
Hello there,

I used to have no apparent problems while using meph,

However, i do experiance all the usual heavy panic attack episodes, obviously not worried about this,

but recently my hands and knees go seriously blue and they, plus my whole body goes freezing cold, to the extent i have to start putting more cloths on?

Can some one explain why this is happening at a basic level, and am i at any risk in this condision?

How much and how often do you use meph and since when did the symptons start?
 
couple grams a weekend and the occational lines during the week , 6 weeks-ish, last week :)
