Cold Water Extraction - Not filtering clear

Hi all. I'm trying to do some cold water extraction removing paracetamol from cocodamol. Tried it a few times recently and it never filters clear. I still get a white cloudy liquid even after the first gunk has been removed even it I filter three more times. I was thinking there might be harmless ingredients which are making it cloudy? Or am I doing something wrong?

Cloudy is fine as long as you are removing the bulk of the pill
