Hey guys, just a quick question, I have been experimenting recently with low doses of mushrooms, very low doses, and one of the things I have noticed is that I get very cold toes, its not a problem but it's not an affect or symptom that I have read about anywhere else and was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this ?

Psilocybin's a vaso-constrictor so you're gonna have reduced blood flow to the extremities coupled quite often with a drop in blood pressure. It's common. Put some slippers on! ;)

Plus, as a sensory effect a number of psychedelics can give people the chills especially on the come-up, a phase in which you have to get used to a changed perception of bodily feelings as a part of the whole experience. I'm not so sure vasoconstriction alone explains the whole thing, since these chills tend to manifest most at the start and settle down. I think psilocybin is not comparable to say something like a DOX in it's sympathomimetic aspects.

Seems your question was answered :)
