coke with fenynal patch

has anyone done this? used coke while on a patch? i was thinking it would be nice to have every shot a speedball. i just got done readingthis page and i'm wearing a 100ug\h and don't think i would try it this time because of pheex's experiance.

i have tried the combo. Ate some gel out of the patch. SNorted some lines. THen i made a foil-e with coke and the gel from the patches. Those were some fucking bell ringers.

I tried this combo before & all I can say is wow.
I didn't do it like Phreex, i just kept the patch on. I kind of didn't want to peal off a layer of my skin with a razor. 10 mg patch had it on for a few hours then went to a party and was doing a about 3 fat lines of coke an hour for about 12 hours while drinking. By the end of the nigh i realized that if I lived I was never going to be this fucked up again. For some reason I was extremly sick for a few days after this. I don't know if it had any relation to this combo but conventional wisdom points in that direction...

do it but be very careful i would just wear the patch depending on the mcg per hour if its a 25mcg one eat some of the gel and wear the rest take it easy on the coke though

Why would you feel the need to consume alcohol with the most potent opioid in exsistance?? Plus the cocaine/cocaethylene? Would probably make me sick the next day too.

Its not the most potent opiate in exsistance.
oxymorphine and a few others are stronger i beleive.

If I remember correctly the most potent opiate is CeraFentanyl, its 4,00 times more potent then heroin, I think that is kinda useless. I found this on Rhodium. WWW.RHODIUM.WS

Ohh dear god here we go again. No fentanyl is not the strongest mu agonist (by weight) known to man. Bizzarre shit like car-fentayl su-fentanyl (though these may be differnt names for the same thing) are at least an order of magnitude more potent. I believe the absolute strongest known is just some bizarre lab concocted shit you will never see on the street. Doesn't even have an english word name.
4-alpha-methyl fentanyl may even be more potent.
I don't think oxymorphone is more potent...in fact I am pretty sure of it. However, it should be more euphoric.
Anyway this topic has been gone over a bunch of times. As for why drink...your high it probably seems like a good idea...if you have enough coke you are probably not in danger of passing out .
