Exactly how long does it take before coke has no effect in your sinus cavities?

Blow your nose before hand. Take a wiff of amonia if possible.
Take a few drops of water and snort them after 5 minutes in the nostril(s) you snorted the coke in.
About another 5 minutes after that, blow your nose.
