coke v. glass

I have done coke on several occasions and have rather enjoyed it. I have the oppurtunity to try some high-grade glass in the next two weeks.
I was wondering how coke and glass differ as far as the high, the duration of the high, the comedown, the jones factor.
The last thing I want is to become a full-time tweaker. How likely is that to happen?
BTW* I handle my coke very well and never over-induldge or ski more than three times a month.

Glass blows coke out of hte water... a line of glass will have you bouncing off the walls for hours, and you feel great... well, most people do.. I notice yer a female, so you might actually like cocaine a lot more - it's a chick thing!

i completely disagree. i think meth barely has a high personally, at least compared to coke. coke has a great body high and mental high-especially when your drunk or on G. speed just doesn't do it for, sure your wired, but your awake forever. it gives you some energy and makes partying and conversation more fun but....
i don't know anybody who perfers meth to coke, especially drinking and or when your on G., except some of the people on here. and we can and have done really good meth.
sure it doesn't last as long, but it lasts long enough to where i can get jacked all night and then still go to sleep which is perfect. anyway, that's my opinion.

I get much more euphoric off of coke but Glass is much cheaper for how much you use and smoking it will hit you in about 3-5 seconds, and depending on the quality, you will feel its effects 4-24 hours later.
I am not as friendly when I am on glass.
But If *I* had the money I would surely go for coke

I've heard several people give the same argument as outkast...
I used to feel the same way. I couldn't see the attraction to meth. The only thing it seemed to do was eliminate hunger and the need for sleep.
I realized that's true under two circumstances...
A)You're not doing enough. If it's crystal, and you don't have a tolerance, I would say that anything less than a sixth of a gram is not enough... But then again I do whole QG's at a time

B)Your meth is shitty.
If you have GOOD meth, or you do ENOUGH cheap meth, you *will* get 'high'... and PhreeX is right, glass destroys coke.

But what can you tell me about the comedown on meth compared to coke. that is really what I am concerned about.
I abhor the coke comedown--is meth any better? I would think not.
 
the meth comedown is no fun. i dont feel bad at all after coke, but too much meth and my muscles ll all feel tight and i wont sleep, etc. it can really crack you out if you do enuf to get HIGH. for fun? smoke it.
 
i have always done 1/4+ of good quality meth. i don't even care to do it really, and i care to do almost any drug.
as for the comedown, coke is definitely gonna be worse, unless you've been up for a day or two on meth, and your body knows it and wants to sleep. you know you wanta sleep, but you can't. your sick of bouncing around, and you haven't eaten either so you feel that much more exhausted.

The best remedy for a crystal comedown is, of course, more crystal

But if this is not a viable option, any of the stronger benzo's will work nicely.
Personally, I find that trying to sleep after a few days of meth is interesting, it's VERY intense... You may toss and turn all night, and you'll swear you have bugs crawling on your skin, but mentally it's pretty exciting.
I would take a Meth comedown over coke anyday, I always feel like shit after I've been coked up for a few hours.
 
This weekend I did both Crystal and Coke...and both were of pretty good quality.
On Friday I did one and a half BIG lines of coke before I went out on Friday night to see Dara and some others spin. Needless to say, 30 minutes after I railed the coke...I felt like COMPLETE SHIT...extremely depressed, more so than I have ever been in my life (I find the better the coke the worse the comedown). I felt so bad all I could do was sit around and wait to go home. I don't think I will touch coke again for a good while...I don't see the upside.
Saturday night we got a bag of crystal between me and my friend and we did a good ammount to start. It was my first time and it definitely wasn't what I expected it to me. There was really no "high" to speak of. I was attentive...and easily capable of concentrating, but I didn't feel "jacked" as most people put it. Maybe I didn't do enough, but over the course of an hour I did about 4 1/3 inch lines. So I started drinking...and I guess the crystal had me so wired that the alcohol was having little effect. Anyway...I went about my night...continued to drink and at the end I took 1mg of Xanax which put me out completely.
For me there was no comedown on the crystal and I am very senstitive when it comes to comedowns. But then again I didn't do it for days in a row. Crystal to me seems more like a tool rather than a party drug. If you need to be productive and get shit done...crystal would be the way to go. If you wanna socialize...probably coke...but I can't stand the comedown and the jonesing factor so I rarely even bother.
So I guess it all depends on your reasons for using. As for smoking, haven't tried it and don't think I will.
 
the xanax could have softened your come down, since it seems common, at least from what i've gathered, for people to use a drug liek xanax to help come downs from stimulants.
not to mention your come down wouldn't be as bad if you didn't do enough to get "jacked," as you said...
 
Go to a club on Sunday and watch people that have been 'partying' for several consecutive days. See if you can notice what is called tweaking and see if you want that to be you.
Spend some time with some people who are on crystal, or any drug for that matter, and see if they exhibit behaviour you'd like to see in yourself.
From what i see, and i am biased, most cocaine usage tends to be fun, whereas crystal use tends to get serious and attracts drama. People tend to get rather cold, withdrawn, suspicious, and bitchy after a weekend of crystal use, which happens a lot.
This is of course my personal observation.
But consider the fact that 40-50+ consecutive hours with no sleep and little nourishment can take a major toll on a person.
I have seen crystal abuse bring down the lives of friends, and i restrict myself from using it because i don't think the cheap energy is worth it. Your mileage may vary, but you run a major risk.
I recommend using coke as training. If you can't do coke without getting a bloody nose, blowing all your cash, or being a mooch, then you're probably not ready for crystal. The extra money you spend is worth it, in my opinion............
 
I still maintain - coke is for the girls who want a night of fun, meth is for the men who want to get something accomplished!
Cocaine is also a lot more "compulsive" then meth - and definitly costs more... $50 will get you a few hours of fun with coke, while even a hard core speedfreak can be maintained for a weekend off the same ...
The highs *ARE* differn't - but IMO the methamphetamine high is better... it's differn't for girls - for some reason, cocaine drives them crazy - it never did more for me then gave me a modest energy boost, and then I wanted more ... a nice line of meth will set you straight for a good 4-6 hours...

seems to me meth is for rednecks (maybe just crank), bikers, and truck drivers. maybe that's just me.....

PhreeX - I think that's a pretty dangerous generalization to make here. Statistically, only 10% of REGULAR cocaine users ever develop a problem with it. The precentage for meth users is much higher...
 
After much consideration, I've decided not to do glass.
My decision was made after people I know got into an outrageous agrument about it and haven't spoken since. I don't know if that is what I want for myself.
Besides, if the high isn't *that* much better, why risk the dangers.

I never said coke was *JUST* for girls - as you infer... I am simply stating that *ALL* females turn into filthy whores when a plate of coke is placed infront of their face...
But I agree 100% with the statement that meth is for rednecks, truckdrivers, and bikers.. I always laugh when some raver thinks they got the most mind blowing meth, when it's the cross country truckers that get the GOOD shit... God bless them!

'err, to clairfy, you do a line of coke, and 15 minutes later, you want another - meth isn't as compulsive in that sense... as for long term addiction, well, thats another issue ..
