Coke rash?

Hi fellas not sure where to post this but i am an inexperianced coke user (maybe once a month) but yesterday I obtained about .7 of pure rock coke from a good dominican friend becuz my gf wanted to try it and I gave her a little pinner maybe .1 and I did about .3 and everything was normal but she didn't feel anything so I pulled .15 into a Newport and toasted it to make a coco puff. we smoked about half each n she started to feel it n later we finished it off and I took her home. Well today she sent me a picture of a rash and I was wondering if the coke could have caused it and what precautions to take if any

I broke out in hives for awhile from a batch of coke that I'm guessing was transported packed in laundry detergent( it smelled so fresh n clean ) lol. But I had a reaction to something in it n every few times I did a bunch I'd get head to toe hives. If this looks like the case go to a Dr. ASAP ... It can get progressively worse n mess mess with her breathing. At least that's what I was told . If its not that serious try a oatmeal bath n some cortisone cream , best of luck!
