Cocaine ******Coke cook wtf need advice ******

Buddy of mine cooked up like he had million times before. Spoon sofa water yadda yadda. Pasted bubbles etc, no yellow oil came back, but instead product formed right in spoon fairly hard, off white/ clear. Tried to smoke, produces vapour, melts somewhat normal, kind of a high but no big ringer or nothing special.
Could there be some cut that doesn?t allow it to cook normal? If so does someone know what it is and if can be removed?
if tried with ammonia and product comes back same does someone have suggestions?

very important as buddy grabbed fairly big bag from dealer he?s been using for years. Not many people around said dealer cook just sniff and it seems to work great that way still...
