coke comedown

everytime i do coke, like a hour later my heart is hella racing. i ususally do like a gram in one nite, about 4-5 hours time till its totally gone. it keeps me up, so like im wondering is it safe to take a "simply sleep" (sleep aid) pill on the comedown? how long after doing the coke should i wait to take the sleep pill? also, am i doing too much coke too fast? im always afraid im bout to OD cause my heart is racing soo fast. any advice is much thanks. :D

Yes, it is safe. And no, a gram of coke in a night isn't that much, unless you have really awesome coke.

as fairy nymph said, one gram a night is not too much. A friend of mine and i did 3 grams in 2 hours once....yes overboard, but it was fun..

I don't think over the counter sleep aids are gonna help much. They never helped me any. I could feel them come on and I'd try to sleep, but it would wear off and I'd be wide awake again.
It's better to get some good pharms ... amitriptylene or xanax or valiums. They work alot better.

wow! i did almost 3 grams in two hours once! it was WAY overboard. i only weigh 125lbs. i was up all fucking nite with the worst headache/comedown ever. safe to say it was my last nite with cocaine.

i've done a little over a half oz in 5-6 hours, i know people that do more than that, and no, my coke IS above average......
