Coke causes chest pains?

I'm an occasional coke user and experience chest pains several days after use. I only use about a gram in each session, very rarely. I also smoke a lot of tobacco whilst on it. Any opinions to why this may be happening?

A couple guesses.
1)Smoke from the tabacco is hard on your lungs, which can cause chest pain.
2) Muscle tension.

Got a history of heart problemsin the family? If you do, even though occasional coke is pretty safe, it isnt good on a bad heart. One of my friends cant do it cause of chest pains, and his family ahs a history of heart disease.

I would side with deus - sounds more like you're sore from smoking so much... if cocaine caused any cardiac problems, the first sign wouldn't be chest pains ... it has happened to me too... I went to a part and did meth all night, the next few days my lungs were sore as shit - funny, we were banging the meth... oh yeah, it was the fact we were chain smoking that did it!

The few times I've done crack I've ocasionaly had chest pains, I have never been sure weather it was caused by the smoke or the speeded up hart. I havn't had the pain on pills or speed though so hopefuly its just the smoke.

More then likely it was just the smoke... again, "chest pains" are not the first sign of cardiac problems...

Coke isn't the reason, its cause you're chain smoking. If you're on this board long enough you'll read all the posts about chest pain on E,crack,trips,meth,coke etc. And they forget to mention they went through a pack of cigs in an hour. Duh! I know smoking is better fucked up, but try to respect your body a little more.
