Opioids coedieine used to make me sleepy, now it acts as a stimulant

I'm on:

valium 5mg
seroquel 800mg (2x100, 2x300 so instant release for both)
atylenol 60mg
tramadol 2x50mg
mitrazipine 30mg

(all prescribed legit, my doctor is luckily very forgetful and somewhat incompetent)
all at once, before bedtime. Since being put on seroquel, 4x30mg coedine (incl. 2000mg paracetemol) really gives me a buzz and keeps me awake for 24-48 hours. Only side effects are itching and sleeping for up to 24 hours after it wears off. I've googled and can't find any explanation for the sleeplessness, though I'm not complaining as it does help me go back to college on a monday morning when I've been having late nights all weekend. Also should the amount of paracetamol be worrying me? Never done any illegal drugs apart from marijuana (and then only for a few months) - was offered some meth a few days ago (to swallow), didn't cave. Only other illicit drug I'd try is Ritalin.

Well for me, at the very begening opiates made me so pleasantly relaxed I could fall asleep on a convertible bullet train going through Siberia if I tried enough..lol.

4 years later and all I get is this stimulant-type buzz with good pain relief from about 10X10mg hydrocodone tablets (30mg codeine=5mg hydro).

So only take them when your really hurting..please.
P.S. IT's probably the tramadol, just now noticed that..

Holy shit you must be gorging on food day and night.
Dam man that's crazy but yea opiates make you awake I once egave mY friend an oxy 10 instead of a Valium like he wanted and he took it at home before bed and phoned me saying what the hell did you give me man I'm wired I can't sleep I said oh yea you must've got the oxycodone they are both blue and the same size lol I love opiates

Omg a shrink recommended all that shit...

Used to be on 3 oxazepam, 3 nitrazepam and 3 valium (whichh were swapped with rohypnol every second day, apparently so I didn't get addicted to either one) - all this by a doctor. Had to get approval from a shrink, stayed up all night to make the appointment, which made me apparently look "slurred and blurred" so he cut the benzos. Was hospitalised on the psyche ward for three weeks and then put on the seroquel, they started with about 20mg and just kept giving me more until settling on 800. I've taken it every day for the last 3 1/2 years. Sometimes I used to take an extra 600 to get to sleep but it ended up fucking me up every so often.

For many people, after become used to initial effects of sedation and opiates can bring, they start to produce more energetic effects.

For example, heroin used to offer more of a sedating high for me, but once I started to gain a dependency and a tolerance, dope tends to give me more stimulating effects where I want to go out and do things rather than sit around and nod out. Don't get me wrong, if I do enough dope I still get the sedating effects, but that's more when a lot over the course of a few hours.
