Opioids Codeine to oxycodone conversion?

I use codeine about 3 times a week at around 400mgs with 75mg of promethazine, how much oxycodone would I need to take to be an equivalent dose?

Online opioid conversion chart said 40mg of oxy, the first time I took oxy I took 20mgs (this was a while ago) and also 180mg of codeine and I think 25mg of promethazine and didn't really get very high. So I am not sure if 40mg seems right?
