Codeine re-dose too soon?

Hey guys, I have a question about codeine. I?ve taken 120mg two nights ago so if I were to take more tonight, would the effects be lesser? I?m asking this because I know codeine relies on an enzyme for conversion to active form but actually inhibits the enzyme itself so if you redose too soon the effects would be diminished slightly.

So would it be OK to take another dose tonight or would the effects be worse off so should I wait?

Was that your first time using codeine? If so, the effects should be roughly the same. Wait a few more days if you're hesitant.
