hello all~ should 1 be looking at spending lots of cash on a 120ml bottle of codeine-promethazine? i am not looking for prices as i know it is against the rules but i do not wish to be blindsided if i am to find some1 to locate it for myself.

is this a usual item around any1's areas? seems like a hard thing to find..
