Codeine, promethazine, lean.

If you have a bottle of 300ml codeine Cough syrup with 100mg codeine/100ml
and you want to add pills of promethazine 25mg, how many pills would you have to add to balance the amount of codeine and prometh in the bottle? and would it be good mixing it like this? Help please >.>

Don't crush the pills and mix it with the syrup. It'll have a bad taste. If you have no tolerance I'd suggest that you should take 12,5 mg promethezine with 50ml ( 50 mg ) codeine. Don't take more than 50 mg promethezine unless you like drowsiness. There is an enzyme interaction between promethezine and codeine wich means in this case that codeine will metabolize faster and more efficent thus leading to increased AUC morphine levels in your blood
