Opioids codeine help

heyyy guysss

i've taken 5 tylenol4 300mg codeine!!!

i have a so-so opiate tolerance, used to do alot of heroin, quit now, and too120mg codeine last week!

but this hgher dosage s great, but i feel like my head is gonna explode haha!! its rly itchy so i took an antihistmine loratidin and the itchis gone but my face is kinda red and itchyyyy haha and rather uncomfortabe!

don't wanna panic, is there anything i can do?

I am assuming Tylenol 4 = 60 mg Codeine Phosphate and 300 mg APAP? (No Tylenol where I live but I just looked it up on RxMed). 1500 mg of APAP is safe as long you don't drink a lot at the same time but 300 mg of Codeine is a dose where most people experience some mild adverse effects but nothing really serious. Dosages over 450 mg are unsafe with the LD50 reported to be at 800 mg and sometimes 500 mg so I would never take more than 400 mg just to be safe.

Personally I get the best effects when withdrawing from Oxycodone from 200 to 250 mg. I usually get some nausea from higher doses and it won't give me any real euphoria to begin with anyway... it can be great for mild withdrawals though so I usually keep a bottle of 10 mg Codeine Phosphate tablets and a few generic 500 mg APAP / 20 mg Codeine tablets around for those days when I don't have access to something else. Add some Tramadol and Cannabis and at least I am able to function somewhat.

I wish I could get high on Codeine again LOL :D
