Opioids codeine dosage

Is 200mg of codeine is enough to get 3 light whight people with none tolerance to opioids(66mg per person)?
And is a small amount alcohol(0.5-1 liter of beer) would make a noticeable difference?

I wasn't sure if categorize it as a small or medium amount of alcohol
