Im gonna dose soon on 450mgs of codeine, I have never really used extra drugs to potentiate my opiates before but I have as much diazapam and promethazine as a want on hand to enhance the experience, anyway just wondering what doses you would recommend to add to the enjoyment?

Promethazine will increase sedation and reduce histamine release and hence reduce itchiness. I wouldn't take more than 25mg of it.
Diazepam is going to increase the sedation, and I would suggest you start with 5mg to 10mg at most to gauge how it will effect you.
