Codeine after oxy use

This may seem like a stupid question considering there are opioid conversion charts but I was wondering how much codeine it would take to get a solid high after building a slight oxy tolerance.

I've Used various opiates (including codeine) over the past year and a half and I recently took a month long break. Prior to that I was eating/ snorting 1 oxy 30 every Friday for 6 weeks. Towards the end I wasn't getting as jammed and knew I was building a tolerance so I stopped. Recently came into some 15 mg codeine tablets (no apap) and wanted to make the most of them and was wondering how many I should take.

I know there's 100 sites with opioid converters but they're all for equinalgesic doses and some of them said the codeine dose would be too high, others had different results for cross tolerance etc.

Also I know a lot of people will say codeine won't do shit once you've had harder opiates but I've done oxy, hydro, fentanyl and morphine and still enjoyed codeine after that but at the time I still didn't really have a tolerance. And I enjoy the itch to a point so I'm not too worried about a high dose histamine release. Any input is appreciated. Thank you

Take 15 and see how you feel considering they have no apap, 225mg codeine will get converted into about 25mg of morphine . if that doesn't work take another 15 , 2 hours later so that's like 50mg morphine if that doesn't work , don't take anymore because you will be wasting your codeine because of the ceiling dose , the next day take 30 , if that still doesn't work , you will need a stronger opiate ,

If the itching gets too bothersome take one OTC Allegra (180 mg) about 3 h prior to dosing.
