Cocaine Tolerance & Amphetamine Tolerance: Do They Affect Eachother?

Pretty straightforward question I think... Does having a tolerance to Cocaine increase your tolerance to Amphetamines (particularly Adderall) at all, or vice versa? &, if so, to what degree?

That's definitely not an invalid point. However, it seems like I also have to do more Coke than other people I'm with do to get the same effects (I have a sky-high Amphetamine tolerance)...

So as to not start another unnecessary thread, I'll ask this realted question here:

As both stims, is there any cross-tolerance between caffine and amphetamines? Cos I have a hell of a caffine dependance, but rarely take amphs, and I seem to feel less off it when I do than others on the same dose
