Cocaine + Phenylephrine (decongestant) safe together?

Hello

Is it safe to take 20mg of Phenylephrine to counteract blocked nose (sinus) due cocaine use, or will I be facing an increased discomfort due cardiovascular and/or anxiety side effects?

Oximetazoline isn't really helping at all, I guess it is only making my sinus more irritated.
