Cocaine Cocaine on SSRI *and* NARI - anyone done this? Safe?

Someone I've been speaking to is currently taking 60mg Fluoxetine and 4mg of Reboxetine daily. He/she might be taking some cocaine at the weekend; should this be something to be concerned about? Has anyone any experience of this combination?

Cocaine is a "triple reuptake inhibitor" (i.e. SNDRI), it should not be taken by anyone on any sort of RI drug. SNRI, NDRI, any of them.

At best, it will work fine, at worst it's not going to work or will result in panic attacka bad reaction. Don't mix cocaine and any pharmaceutical antidepressants.

But I read on the long sticky that it should be fine with either SSRI or NARI, so am wondering about with both at the same time?

I am on an SSRI and have absolutely no problems.

I have panic disorder, but for some reason cocaine never makes me feel anxious at all nor does it give me panic attacks, then again could depend on the person.

Sekio is probably more educated than I on the matter, though. Im just speaking from my experience.

I'd like to know more about this too.

I would avoid mixing cocaine with a NARI, an excess of norepinephrine is very uncomfortable.
