I was just wondering how these experiences can be compared from someone with first hand knowledge. Coke (snorted) and meth (snorted/smoked) i heard something like meth can activate 1200 units of dopamine, 3 or 4 times stronger than a coke rush, but i was thinking since coke is so short lived it must be more intense? and if it is not even comparable for cocaine being the lesser what about a good dose of smoked meth, i heard it can be quite intense?

cocaine injected is more intense than IV methamphetamine,although it(cocaine) is so short in duration ,higher doses of IV meth are very close to but not quite as intense as high dose IV cocaine. Smoking crack cocaine is very short and much more intense per hit than meth is smoked,but smoking meth ,it builds up in your system due to it lasting so long,after several good hits of meth,each good hit is better it seems to a point.Unlike crack cocaine were you are basicly starting over each 15 minutes or so, since its duration is so very short,it has a more powerful hit each time,for a hit by hit basis..meth smoking keeps getting more meth in your blood ,but after so many hits of smoking meth,you are not realing getting a big rush ,but you are adding to your overall high..
well said davis, but i dont agree that coke has better euphoria i dont do meth but ive had some bombbb ass shit. coke euphoria is decent if its real good dust but other than that waste of time and money. and meth is also waste because u end up not getting sleep for 2-3 days. unless ur on it hard live ive seen some people go almost a week.......
SWIM (and it really isnt me!) IVed an amount (about 125-200mg) of high quality coke and had a rush more intense than he could handle... and he IVs quarter gram (roughly 250mg) of meth at once quite often. He told me he'd never do it again because the rush keeps going it doesn't go down, you're up for like 40 minutes constantly rushing, but with meth you get that rush then it fades and youre tweaking for 8-12 hours.
iME, coke (snorted) is much less euphoric than meth (smoked or snorted). But the overall high from coke is much cleaner and enjoyable. However, i have, more than than once, spent my entire paycheck on coke.

To me meth is so much more euphoric and smoother than coke or crack.... and the comedown is not anywhere near as bad.

But most cocaine nowadays is shit and has some sort of fucked up drug in it that makes you feel like shit (I believe it's some kind of de-worming agent, and it's placed in high up in the chain).

Strong dose pure MDMA - most intense single drug - induced (as opposed to multiple compounds taken simultaneously) euphoria
QUALITY cocaine ( As in what remains following extraction such as Le Junk presented ) excellent euphoria, much cleaner and less imposing than even the best meth
Strong dose clean mephedrone - closest thing to MDMA feeling, though not as intense of euphoria. If I were to rate strictly the euphoria I would probably rate this as equivalent or even superior to all but the absolute best of coke, but to me that coke euphoria is pretty damn amazing...not to mention that with mephedrone there seems to be an almost sinister undercurrent on the back end. Tough to pin down in scientific terms, but there nonetheless.
QUALITY meth - great euphoria, but not worth additional the ten hours of stimulant static.
Quality sativa - Enough said
The above represents the most common result. That being said, I find that in order to obtain the most intense euphoria, one must include a good clean psychedelic, the best combinations being those like LSD/MDMA or similar. The psychedelic induced euphoria is singular in its intensity - as in life changing/religious epiphany type of thing, as opposed to the more physical/humanist hedonistic type of eupphoria most classically induced by good cocaine. I prefer the combo, seeing as they tend to be synergistic, and most especially since even the best cocaine euphoria pales in comparison to the psychedilic/empathic euphoria, primarily because of the perceived relevance and significance.

In the end, it in the eye of the beholder. We try not to encourage drug vs. drug threads in regards to pure recreational value, plus, in my opinion, comparing methamphetamine (or even regular amphetamine) and cocaine is like comparing apples and oranges. Amphetamines are longer duration drugs and their method of action is via neurotransmitter release. Cocaine is a very short acting drug and its method of action is via neurotransmitter reuptake inhibition.
