Has anyone noticed an increase in heartburn or indigestion after several months of weekend coke snorting? Is it true that coke use can cause to gastrointestinal ulers?
Everyone seems to think that the drug is "relatively" benign outside of the heart attack/stroke risk. I haven't found it to be physically addicting in any way. Am just concerned that there might be some other health potholes I am not aware of.

The most immediate problem would be damage to your nose. Other than that, its not good for your body because you are operating at an increased rate, but without the fuel to back it up (Faster heart beat, etc... but not as much oxygen).
As far as addiction goes... I didn't think I was addicted while I was doing it, nor did I after I stopped. However, its been a few months and I have had this craving. Wouldn't call it an addiction, but just be careful.
