Cocaine Cocaine After Effects?

so i did a small little line last night of my roomate's cocaine, which was supposely good shit, for my first time in about 2 years i think...didn't feel much except for the accelerated heart rate and a clogged/runny nose (the usual, it seems). now, about 19 hrs later my heart hurts and my stomach is killing me (feels almost like gas-type pains) and it's just eating away at me or something. my lower ribs feel horrible because of my stomach pains... i'm currently on suboxone and last dosed at 1am last night, if that means anything. but for anybody that's familiar with cocaine, can you tell me what this could be from in cocaine (like what cutting agent might make someone feel this way 20 hrs later)?

my heart hurts - might be from the coke itself, possibly from mixing the two drugs, not sure??
my stomach is killing me - try to eat something, if you don't have an appetite yogurt goes down easily.. i found when i used to do a lotta blow i had stomach pain turned out to usually be hunger pains

i'm sure mixing suboxone and cocaine is probably not good for you, but i have no definite answers for you, sorry i couldn't be more helpful

Given the way you described it and location, it sounds like bad heartburn/acid reflux. I'd advise trying some antacids.
