Anybody have experience with pure Coca leaf (Erythroxylum coca)? Not decocainized either. If anyone has any experience feel free to share it here. I know that besides cocaine, other alkaloids it contains include but are not necessarily limited to methylecgonine cinnamate, benzoylecgonine, truxilline, hydroxytropacocaine, tropacocaine, ecgonine, cuscohygrine, dihydrocuscohygrine, nicotine, and hygrine.

I personally have noticed great effects from the leaf considering energy and mood-lift properties, but have experienced nausea when continuing consumption throughout the day, rather than just going with one or two doses per day. I have had the best and most effective experiences with powdered leaf, as opposed to "tea". I have noticed mild euphoria, but it doesn't last long, and I personally noticed when continuing consumption throughout the day, stomach problems start to outweigh the benefits. Just my experience though. Anyone else have experience with this plant and its effects?

mother and father in law were given some leaf to chew on a train ride at altitude in the Andes mountains. They are middle class and have never once seen an illegal drug let alone tried any. once they got home the in laws regaled us of there story and how coca leaf was legal and how it helped with the altitude sickness. They said it was very bitter and the effects were very nice I do believe my mother in law had a few doses bless.

From what I've heard it's surpose to be a bitter sweet taste, and the reason people chew it is to warn off altitude sickness.

I like it. Haven't noticed anything regarding my stomach , other than anoretic properties. Heart rate is a bit elevated, but not bad. Nice lift in energy and mood. The baking soda is trashing the crap outta my gums, though.

It should be noted that I'm a novice to this plant, and that I only use whole plants or occasionally full-spectrum extracts of really mild plants (think valerian). Nothing too hard. So my tolerance is probably way low. Someone who used coke at all probably wouldn't feel much. It's pretty mild.

So far, I've just chewed, both in quid form and ground up. Ground is better, but messier. My SO likes to make a paste with liquor and stick that in his lip. That would chew a hole in my face, tho. Pass.

I'm looking for some different ways to do it, or maybe whip up a full spectrum extract, if that's possible. I'm not really interested in isolating cocaine.

Sorry I meant to post that in a thread in the lounge lol. Was quite drunk and thought it would get a few laughs - guess it did.

Anyways, never had experiences with coca leaf but a family member recently went to Peru and had a few experiences with it. Apparently it's a like a more clean, motivated form of coffee. It doesn't include crashes, and can provide a lot of nutrients. This is coca leaf though, not cocaine. No one I'm affiliated with would ever do cocaine; I steer clear of the stuff myself, too. The tea, I'd imagine, is probably best, as it allows you to titrate or adjust your dosage better, and provides more of a smooth motivation. Coca leaf has been used for thousands of years by the people of South America in the place of coffee. If it's legal in your vicinity it may be beneficial. Again, it's worlds different from cocaine.

Cheers!
