Is it possible that the chewing of coca and sodium bicarbonate prior or during mephedrone usage could mitigate some of the negative circulatory problems of meph. I understand coke reduces blood presure and has a calming effect whilst still being a stimulant.

Could anyone definitely indicate againnst the combo, coca leaf is not cocaine.

and...

Absinthium, worm wood, is a cardiac stimulant to improve bloodcirculation.Black indian hemp is also a cardiac stimulant, and possiblevasodialator.Marijuana is a vasodialator.Angelica Root, Dong Quai is a vasodialator.....

no but it does contain cocaine. Considering cocaine is cardiotoxic + mephedrone is also potentially cardiotoxic - not really a wise harm reduction type combination. Agreed the cocaine in coca leaf is negligible anyway.

These kind of combinations are pointless in view of a potential reduction in toxicity / harm reduction. Just going to make things MORE complicated.

If your going to take mephedrone - just face facts - it will still potentially be toxic on some level (as we all know toxicity unknown/speculative with research chemicals)

To negate the vasoconstrictive properties of mephedrone, one could smoke pot & opium (papaverine is also a vasodilator). Alcohol also has blood thinning properties which might somewhat mitigate, in the very short term, vasoconstriction.

So do meph, drink, then smoke some grass with a bit of opium on top. At the very least you won't particularly care about the vasoconstriction by the time you're done.

Or just don't do meph ;)

It's not a very good idea to advise mixing blood thickening drug with a vasoconstrictor. Especially if you're planning to use ethanol that once in the system does hell of a lot of things.

I'll just go with this:

Yes, you don't like this how-the-heck-fucked-up-I-can-get-using-it drug - just don't do it. It's that simple.

the above advice was in jest... sort of ;) also, did you mean blood thinner?

And there's been very no human studies of mephedrone, so god only knows how alcohol effects its metabolism. I suppose its possible that there could be some type of cocaethylene-esque by product. By that I meant simply different metabolite when co-administered with ethanol, not something terribly chemically similar to cocaethylene
