You can CWE, but in your case you might not have to since you are an opioid naive individual and will not need too much for the drug to work. I would start off with 50 mg (so 5 pills at once). That is roughly equivalent to 100 mg of codeine (co-codomol).
It's a good starter dose for someone with no tolerance.

That's 2500 mg of paracetamol. The maximum dose in a 24 hr period is 4000 mg. I don't think it would be an issue. When I started with opiates, back 12 years ago when I was 16, I started off with 3250 mg of paracetamol at once. I used it with 300 mg of codeine (co-codomol). But co-dydramol is stronger, so 50 mg along with 2500 mg of paracetamol will not hurt. Try that as a starting dose.

Some sedation, light-headedness, euphoric, constipation, and you may experience some nausea (but its transient).

It isn't really a party drug In my opinion.

yea dihydrocodeine really is not a party drug, you probably won't feel much at all besides some warmth.

Adding alcohol is a bad idea. Alcohol adversely affects your liver and paracetamol is toxic to the liver, so this would definitely be a no-no mix.

And to the two claiming dihydrocodeine not being a party drug, well what opioid is? Opioids aren't "party drugs" in general. But I've still done my fair share of dope, Vicodins, and other opioids at parties. I just don't drink if I'm taking something with APAP in it.

I would just like to point out that the maximum recommended dose of paracetamol/APAP in one dosage is 2000mg.
