I have been taking co-codamol 30/500 (500mg paracetamol) and tramadol on a daily basis for about 5 years.
for 2 years i was taking 2 a night and after that i was taking 5 a night all at the same time.
Also been taking tramadol when i cant get the codine (up to 8x 50mg pills per day)
I HAVE STOPPED NOW
What is the chance that i have caused permanent damage to my kidneys? i have not had any problems apart from a slight pain in my lower back yesterday for about 2 hours. but this may be down to training.
Please only advise if you have good knowledge on this subject
