Cocaine is hygroscopic, which means it absorbs water from the air. What you need to do is dry it. This can be done by heating up a plate and putting it on there and spreading it out and letting the moisture evaporate.
Of course, basically all cocaine is cut so washing with acetone (anhydrous, you need to make sure to make anhydrous acetone using baked epsom salts because even a tiny bit of water in there will dissolve a lot of cocaine and you'll lose a lot) will almost always result in a purer product. But in fact it's a good sign generally if your cocaine is able to become clumpy and wet because most stuff passed off as cocaine or mixed with cocaine will not do so.
