my first three drugs were (in this order) alcohol, tobacco, and then marijuana.

Same for me actually except replace the weed with hash. I didn't get to try ketamine until about a year and a half ago for fuck sakes! I had tried nitrous, PCP and DXM in that order before i finally got to try ket. It's not common in my area at all which sucks cause i love ketamine.

It's okay, I was not insulted or anything. Though I must admit it felt really painful being called 'shallow' while I usually pride myself on my liberal point of view. (I work as a toxicologist so it's not like my colleagues share my visions on drugs of abuse, LOL).

One more thing: I did not call YOU shallow, but your analysis in this one case.
Still, it may have been a poor word choice on my part.
