Closed-minded Religious people?

there are some weird religious people who hate dachshunds.... they think they are the anti-christ. but all they do is make donut shaped cuddly things! that's all they are! Yes I agree. But I was once a Christian with blind faith; born in a Christian family. I'm now an atheist after 6 months of debating the subject. (This was 3 years ago...). However, the mind is a powerful thing...so I understand hard-headed believers of any religion who just won't accept any other belief. Because I was once like that. It's sad but true. The main reasons for my conversion was the power of belief, the idea of a loving God, and the idea of an eternal hell...and how they all relate. (Hard-headed non-believers sincerely believing in a different religion/ loving God sending them to hell for an eternity.) I just don't believe those three concepts can coexist. Perhaps there is a god or a supernatural entity out there...but at this point in my life i just don't care to learn any more.
