Closed Eye Visuals While Not High?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but, yeah.
I blinked and for that split second, I had this really intense visual, so intense that it had scared me. It was just a yellow with some shapes, I don't remember it too clearly. I wasn't on anything, has anyone had anything like this happen?

why not,
you are just beginning to notice what is usually discarded.
The senses and mind produce millions of artifacts that do not fit expectations, the are 'normally' ignored
we tend to just stick to what we know

if it scares you, take up something less challenging than psychedelics,
some people focus on random collections for solace from life which is more infinite.
